All the above rates include 1 free full exhibitor staff pass (including lunch) per 9m2 booked. Additional passes can be obtained against the regular ticket price.
Stand Allocation
The allocation of stands (based on the preferences you can indicate in your registration form) will be done on a “first come, first serve” basis, but we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned the stand of your preference before the floorplan is made final. We will try our utmost to accommodate your requests and will take your prior stand locations into consideration when assigning the stands.
