About the International Energy Expo and Conference:

Cretan Energy Conferences invites you to the International Energy Expo of Greece and the parallel Energy Conference that are planned for 01-03/07/2022 in the city of Chania, island of Crete, Greece.

The event was inaugurated by the Greek Government last summer and among  last year's highlights were the participation of the First Undersecretary for Research, Planning and Authorities' Follow up (Egyptian Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy) Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Mohina and the Greek Minister of Energy (mr. Skrekas), the GS of Hydrogen Europe (mr. Hatzimarkakis), the Ambassadors of the US, Israel and Norway to Greece etc.

International Energy Expo and Conference in 2022:

The event is organized by Cretan Energy Conferences (CEC) and enjoys the full support of the Hellenic Government under the auspices of four Ministries:

  1. Ministry of Energy & Environment

  2. Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Insular Policy

  3. Ministry of Development & Investment

  4. Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The event is also supported by the Regional Administration of Crete. The event intends to intensify the B2B EU-oriented collaboration among the countries of the Eastern Mediterranean. The audience consist of statesmen, lobbyists, academics and businesspeople. To that end, Egypt is chosen to be the honoured country for the 2022 Event.
